Awakening from Anxiety – A ZPoint Meditation

IamsafeYesterday I was speaking with a young friend from the U.K. who just started her first job as a Lawyer. She also has a keen mind and a desire to become spiritually adept.

One thing led to another and I had an idea that I present before you right now. It’s called “The Awakening Meditation”.

Those who find their freedom from the oppression of FEAR, quite literally wake up to the fact that their FEAR is unreal. Once this happens, FEAR ceases to have a deathlike grip on your life.

With that in mind, I’ve created a simple ZPoint Meditation that takes about 15 minutes and leads you into a peaceful, relaxed and healing place where your subconscious mind gradually accepts the truth of the following affirmation…

“I am safe, I am loved and all is well”

… and responds accordingly.

This particular Meditation adds an additional Healing Program to the regular ZPoint Subconscious Healing Program. You can read it below…

But first, please read the following instructions to yourself…

I hereby set a powerful intention within you, my subconscious mind…,

to affect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and each time I notice a feeling that does not feel good as I think certain thoughts or remember certain people, situations or events, you will gently and easily eliminate that feeling completely as I repeat my cue word over and over, and you will eliminate everything I feel because of it, everything I feel that connects to it and everything I feel that has resulted from it…, to whatever extent it exists within me…

AND, each time I repeat my “Words of Awakening”, and then repeat my Cue Word again and again while paying attention to how that feels, you will release and resolve whatever resistance I may have to feeling BETTER and BETTER and allow THAT feeling to permeate every part of my life.

My “Words of Awakening” are:

“I am safe, I am loved and all is well.”

Repeat the Words of Awakening and pay attention to how saying them makes you feel inside. ..

Then simply repeat your ZPoint cue word (yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes) for 10 to 15 seconds and notice yourself feeling better and better.

I am safe, I am loved and all is well.

Again, repeat your ZPoint cue word for 10 to 15 seconds paying attention to how good you feel. Remember, the intention is to make it feel better and better…

I am safe, I am loved and all is well.

Do this for 10 to 15 minutes daily for 7 days and you should start noticing positive changes in yourself and your levels of anxiety.
