When our expectations of what "should be" are different from "what is" we experience an activation of our built in "Fight or Flight" response. Because of this, over time, stress can make life very difficult and very uncomfortable.
The approach used in this program seeks to release your attachment to that "NO, I DON'T WANT THIS" feeling that triggers the fight or flight response.
When we isolate and release 'that feeling', your response to those things that formerly caused you stress no longer bothers you. In essence, you will have made peace with your stressors. They will still be there, but they just won't 'trigger' you like they did before.
The best advice I can give you would be to listen to these recordings every day for a week. Are you more relaxed? My experience is that you will be.
Just listen and repeat your cue word. Let my voice and your subconscious mind do the rest.
